Global disruptions can affect production & transit, and we are seeing factories announce pricing changes when necessary.
Prices shown on our website are now considered preliminary pricing and all projects will need to be quoted for exact pricing. Quotes will be honored for specified time period, and if not specified, will be subject to change up to the day we confirm the order with you. Once your order is confirmed, product pricing is firm.
We don't like it either, but we'd rather set appropriate expectations. We will be in communication with you as soon as we know of any changes that affect your quoted project.
As always, unless there is a firm nor Not-To-Exceed quote for shipping, those charges are also quoted as in effect at the time of the quote, and will be re-quoted on confirmation if required. Shipping charges are set by the shipping services such as UPS and FedEx, and are out of our direct control.
Transit times have fluctuated for international shipments. Resources and politics may affect transit and delivery timing and our out of our direct control. We will be in communication with you with status updates and will be your advocates for best resolution should a delay or problem occur.
